Conflict Disclosure Statements and Questionnaires (Local Government Code, §176.009(a), as amended by HB 1491 (80th Legislature)) - Requires access to statements and questionnaires on the website if a school district maintains a website; school districts are not required to maintain a website.

Check Register and Aggregate Payroll Amount

Check Register (FIRST, Title 19 Administrative Code, §109.1002(e)(2)(D)) - Allows the publication of the check register on the district’s website to receive points in calculating the 65% expenditure requirement.

Bynum ISD offers career and technical education programs in Agricultural Science and Technology, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Science Technology, and Trade and Industrial Education. Admission to the programs is based on grade level, age appropriateness, interest, class space availability, and aptitude.

It is the policy of Bynum ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability in its career and technical education programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.  Bynum ISD will take steps to assure that lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in all educational and vocational programs.

Notificación Publica de No Discriminación en Programas Vocacionales

Bynum ISD ofrece programas vocacionales en Agricultural Science and Technology, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Science Technology, and Trade and Industrial Education. Â La admision a estos programas se basa en el grado escolar, apropiado para su edad, interes, clase disponible, y aptitud.

Es norma de Bynum ISD no discriminar por motivos de raza, color, origen nacional, sexo o impedimento, en sus programas servicious o actividades vocacionales, tal como lo requieren el Titulo VI de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1964, según enmienda; el Titulo IX de las Enmiendas en la Educatión, de 1972, y la Sección 504 de la Ley de Rehaabilitación de 1973, según enmienda. Bynum ISD tomará las medidas necesarias para asegurar que la falta de habilidad en el uso del ingles no sea un obstáculo para la admission y participación en todos los programas educativos y vocacionales.
